Basic Syndicate Agreement
The rules of the syndicate are simple. There will be a written agreement between the owners and Lucy. To summarize the basic elements:
- The syndicate is created to combine a group of like-minded people who have a love of three-day eventing.
- Lucy Holliday will be the rider. The focus is on enabling the partnership of horse and rider to compete at the highest levels of world class sport. The training and competition schedule of the horse will be the responsibility of Lucy Holliday.
- This is a non-profit focused syndicate, motivated to develop the horse to progress to the highest level of competition.
- Prize money will be divided equally amongst the syndicate members.
